Young People Designing Their Future



Are you a disabled young person aged 16-21 who is getting ready to leave school or your Tertiary education provider?

We can help you:
  ·   try out some work experience placements
  ·   look for after school or holiday work
  ·   find out about study options
  ·   think about how you will spend your leisure time
  ·   link in with other services
  ·   explore community recreation and leisure options

We work with young people who:
  ·   are OORS funded and in their last year of school
  ·   have VHNORRS transition funding and want to explore community focused work and leisure       options

We may also work with young people who are not ORRS funded.
We can also give advice to schools that are supporting young people with disabilities.
We accept referrals from young people, families/whanau and schools.
