By working out with you what support you will need to do this.
Find a place to live that matches what you want.
Link up with agencies that will fund your support – LifeLinks, WINZ, etc.
Link up with support people if you need them.
By providing ongoing support during and after your move.
We can give you information so that you can do this on your own or we can assist you. We are here to support you in your choices about where you live, work and spend your leisure time. The team works to ensure the coordination of support services that enable people with disabilities to access community opportunities such as clubs, courses, workshops, voluntary work and entertainment.
CCS believes that every person with enough support can live the life he/she chooses within the community. We believe in disabled people having a high quality of life throughout their whole lifetime.
